Cancellation Policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, which may require you to cancel your appointment. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of your appointment. A short notice cancellation within 24 hours is subject to a 50% fee of the service(s) booked.
No shows or same-day cancellations are subject to a 100% charge of the service(s) booked.
Service may be declined if you are more than 15 minutes late. Please be aware that you are responsible for full payment of the service you booked.
